Love love love my new machine! Was hesitant about purchasing a “ refurbished “ machine, but Rob was quick to put my mind at ease and explain it wasn’t used nor broken. His customer service is stellar! He took the time to answer my many many questions! And did I mention the price? At retail, This machine would never have been in my budget. I’m vert happy. I would certainly buy from RMSV again…..

I received my new machine last Thursday and I really LOVE it! The sewing space is almost twice as much space as on my Pfaff hobby machine. The lighting is awesome and so far reading the manual I have been able to figure the majority of features out. Rob was amazing to work with and was quick to respond to my many questions. I would 100% buy from Rocky Mountain Sewing again!!
