Carry all the makings for a hearty lunch in this roomy bag. A mesh pocket on the inside holds an ice pack, utensils, napkins and more. An optional chalkboard border on front and a see-through vinyl pocket on back provide space for ID or fun notes. A padded grab handle at top and two styles of closure (side release buckle or D-ring/swivel hook) make the bag easy to use. Choose from a quilted or non-quilted version, adding iron-on vinyl to laminate the inside of the non-quilted version if desired. NOTES FOR STORES: Grab Some Grub 2.0 makes a fantastic class project for all levels of sewists, from adventurous beginners to more advanced sewists. We recommend structuring this as a 3 to 4 hour class and recommend that students come to class everything cut out and the stabilizer attached to the bag pieces (either by quilting or as directed for the non-quilted version). If you’ve already sold our Grab Some Grub pattern, here’s what’s different in the new version: 1. Better illustrations and layout done by our professional graphic designer. 2. Better terminology and order of instructions to make the pattern easier to understand. 3. Addition of the option of making the bag without quilting (as well as with quilted fabric as in the original pattern). 4. Addition of the option to add iron-on vinyl laminate to the lining of the bag in order to make it easy to wipe clean.
