This is a 2-day class
Day One: We will go over reading a pattern, grading / adjusting patterns and assembling PDF patters. You will need to have downloaded and printed the pattern from the link supplied and bring that to class. PLEASE BE SURE TO PRINT THE PATTERN AT 100%
Day Two: We will be cutting out and assembling the shirt!
This is a 2-day class
Thursday, January 18 from 2 pm to 4 pm
AND
Thursday, February 01 from 1 pm to 4 pm
Supply List
Day One:
- Pen and paper (or laptop / tablet if you prefer
- Lots of scotch tape or a glue stick
- Paper scissors
- Extra paper for grading and adjustments
- Printed pattern
- Women’s Raglan from Life Sew Savory – This a free pattern. You can download it here – https://www.lifesavory.com/product/womens-raglan-pattern/ This is available in kids sizes if you prefer to sew that version. Download https://www.lifesavory.com/product/kids-raglan-pattern/
Day Two:
- Your working machine of choice (sewing or serger)
- Fabric (knit, cotton jersey, waffle, cotton Lycra, etc.)
- Thread
- Scissors and / or a rotary cutter
- Clips / pins
- Iron
