Ponchos are a great beginner garment project and they are so fashionable!
In this class we will go over how to make a basic pattern and create a cool garment that you can embellish how you wish!
We will also go over several basics on garment sewing including how to get proper measurements, read a pattern, cut out a pattern and how to stitch it together properly!
NOTE: It is recommended for your first poncho to use something other than minky fabric to start.
Working sewing machine including power cord, foot control, presser feet (zig zag, overlocking and button hole feet) and manual
Needles, pins, magic pins, wonder clips
Sewing scissors and thread snips
