This quilt is mainly applique with your embroidery machine. There are 36 applique in the hoop designs – 6 inch and 8 inch stitch area.
Pattern CD contains: 39 Applique Blocks, Border Applique, 5 Outline Blocks and Quilt Top Instructions.
Finished Sizes: 58 inches x 58 inches, 70 inches x 70 inches, 64 inches x 64 inches, 84 inches x 84 inches.
There are two different layouts to make. I used scrap fabric throughout the embroidery designs for the applique. You will only have to buy background fabric. Sample is hanging at the Littleton store. If you have questions please contact me at rockymountain.terryg@gmail.com.
This class will run for 7 to 8 months.
Supply List
Embroidery machine in good working order
Hoop size is 6 x 6 or 8 x 8, border will be 6 x 10 or 8 x 10
Pattern can be purchased at the Littleton store
Fabric required for the size of quilt you are making according to pattern
Iron on stabilizer (OESD Fusible Woven) or other – Tear away stabilizer
Misc scrap fabric for applique with matching embroidery thread
Applique scissors for trimming
Iron and ironing pad (optional), Best Press or spray starch
