This wonderful wallet is made of seatbelts AND it is easy to do on a regular sewing machine. Seat belt webbing has a lovely sheen and is durable and stain resistant. The wallet has room for all your necessities with a zipped coin pocket, bill pocket, 7 slot card panel and a large zip pocket for coupons, checkbook or even a slim cased cell phone. Class includes pattern, seat belts & hardware. Lining fabric, interfacing & zippers are not included.
Color choices for the wallet - one or two colors. If you want additional kits, please let me know.
What to bring: Sewing Machine (don't forget power cord), Heavy duty needle (jeans), Matching thread to your seatbelts and lining or monofilament/invisible thread, zipper foot.
Materials needed: 3/8 yard each of quilting cotton for lining, 5/8 yard medium-weight interfacing (Pellon Shape Flex SF101), 2-7" or longer NON METAL zippers.
