What’s the Buzz: June Events at RMSV
I have been helping at the Event Center in May with all of the events we had. Whew! I’m tired! So it looks like I might get a little bit of a break in June as we don’t have any June events at the Event Center. Of course, that doesn’t mean we don’t have a lot going on, including special events, in June. They’re just not at the Event Center.

Our store personnel as so excited to bring you Anita’s University 501 at each store location.
You’ve heard of “thinking outside the box”. Well, Anita Goodesign is thinking inside the hoop with the newest class in their university line up, 501: In the Hoop.
Learn about innovative in the hoop techniques. As the name suggests, all of the projects are made easily in your hoop and create unique, fun and useful projects. We’ll cover a lot of different in-the-hoop projects like personalized tags, beautiful sun catchers and lace jewelry bowls. You’ll see how to make handy luggage tags, cardholders, key chain bags and much more.
Get ready to receive hands-on training by one of Anita Goodesign’s amazing educators. See how to incorporate your machine to really take your projects to the next level. For attending, you’ll take home a 3-ring binder filled with tons of information, detailed tutorials and our exclusive tips & tricks. All of this education will be supported by beautiful designs on your USB stick so that you can create these projects anytime you like.

Take a trip to Castle Rock June 27 – 29 for the Quilt, Crafting and Sewing Festival.
The festival is a must for everyone who crafts, quilts or sews. There will be over 50 vendor booths, plus workshops, “make and take” events, and more. The festival features the latest and best in the areas of quilting, crafting, sewing, and needle arts. A complete program with a map of the venue, list of vendors, and seminar schedules is available by clicking on the image below.
As always, Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum will have a spectacular booth where you can try out the latest sewing, embroidery and quilting machines. We’ll have on hand Brother, Bernina, Handiquilter, and other quality products for you to try. Talk with one of our knowledgeable staff who will help you find the exact machine to fit your needs. Then take one or more of our machines for a test drive. As always, we’ll be offering great deals on machines, software, and supplies. If you’re thinking about a new sewing, embroidery or quilting machine, now’s the time to act!
